How we handle an enquiry

1. You send a request. Include the equipment manufacturer, part number, and quantity; attach a photo or specification when useful.
2. We source the options. We offer new genuine and quality aftermarket parts, plus Reman and Rebuilt options for major assemblies.
3. We confirm the terms. We confirm the price, lead time, and order conditions. Quotations are normally prepared within 24-48 hours.
4. We arrange delivery. We serve Kazakhstan, Guinea, and other agreed markets; all parts are inspected before shipment.
